You run your section like a pro. Whether it’s the grill or cold section, you know how to deliver consistency during high-volume services without losing attention to detail.

At Bar Karma, we’re looking for someone who leads by example, keeps the energy high and knows how to motivate the team during busy shifts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Run your own kitchen section independently

• Guide and support kitchen staff during service

• Maintain quality, timing and presentation

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth services

• Lead with calmness, structure and good vibes

YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO:

• loves good food

• keeps an overview during busy services

• collaborates, directs and motivates colleagues through exemplary behaviour

• has an eye for detail, timing and quality

• (4 years of kitchen experience required)
