As shiftleader, you make sure service runs smoothly, the team stays sharp, and guests have a night that feels right from start to finish. You support the floor team, maintain the atmosphere and step in wherever needed, always with calmness, energy and overview.

You are visibly present during service and know exactly how to motivate a team while keeping the vibe relaxed and positive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Actively participate on the floor during service

• Support and direct the team

• Monitor quality, pace and guest experience

• Solve problems before guests notice them

• Think about improving service and workflows

YOU ARE:

• Experienced in hospitality (minimum 3 years)

• A natural leader

• Strong in communication and overview

• Guest- and detail-oriented

• Someone who brings energy to the team
