Sous Chef — Bar Karma

You know how to run a kitchen without losing the atmosphere.

As Sous Chef, you support the Head Chef in daily operations and make sure the team stays sharp, motivated, and organised. You maintain quality, oversee multiple sections, and take responsibility when it matters.

This role is for someone who combines structure with personality and wants to grow within an ambitious hospitality concept.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Coordinate multiple sections during service

• Guide and train kitchen staff

• Maintain quality and consistency at all times

• Take responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef

• Help build a strong and positive team

YOU ARE:

• Experienced in a leadership role in the kitchen

• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure

• Strong in communication and team management

• Passionate about hospitality and food culture

• Ready for the next step in your career

• Experienced in the kitchen (minimum 4 years)
