You run your section like a pro. Whether it’s the grill or cold section, you deliver consistency during high-volume service without losing attention to detail.

At Bar Karma, we’re looking for someone who leads by example, keeps the energy high, and knows how to motivate the team when the pace picks up.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Run your own kitchen section independently

• Guide and support the team during service

• Maintain quality, timing, and presentation at all times

• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly

• Lead with calm, structure, and positive energy

YOU ARE

• Passionate about food and hospitality

• Able to keep a clear overview during busy services

• Collaborates, directs and motivates colleagues through exemplary behaviour

• Sharp on detail, timing, and quality

• Experienced in the kitchen (minimum 2 years)
