You know your way around a kitchen and keep your head cool when the service gets busy. You like structure, teamwork and making sure every plate leaves the pass exactly how it should.

At Bar Karma, you’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen where quality, timing and good energy come together. No two nights are the same — one day you’re prepping for dinner service, the next you’re cooking for a packed venue at NDSM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Prepare and serve dishes during service

• Keep your section clean, organised and service-ready

• Monitor quality, presentation and speed

• Work according to HACCP standards

• Support the team wherever needed during busy moments

YOU ARE:

• Experienced in the kitchen (minimum 2 years)

• Calm under pressure

• A team player with a hands-on mentality

• Passionate about food and hospitality

• Someone who takes responsibility naturally
